👉 Prepare the cloths
Lightly moisten the microfiber cloths with your usual window cleaning product. Avoid products that are too foamy.
👉 Secure the robot
Attach the anti-fall cable, then place VITERIO Claro on the window, bay window, or mirror.
👉 Start cleaning
Press the start button. The robot adheres to the surface and moves automatically to clean the window.
👉 Remove it when finished
Once cleaning is complete, simply remove the robot and change or rinse the cloths if necessary.

Yes. The veranda is one of the most relevant uses for VITERIO Claro:

The only condition is to have an electrical outlet nearby.
For daily dust, use the wipes dry.
For rain streaks or limescale:

Round pads cannot reach areas within approximately 5 cm of the corners.
On large windows, this area represents a very small surface and generally goes unnoticed.
On small windows, a quick wipe with a dry cloth in the corners completes the job in less than a minute.
On a surface of 2 m x 2 m, the robot covers the entire area in 15 to 25 minutes depending on the level of dirt.
For a veranda with 12 m² of glazing, plan for several successive passes by repositioning the robot on each section.

Yes, provided the surface is flat and smooth. VITERIO Claro is designed for large glass surfaces: bay windows, French windows, and verandas.
It adheres by active suction to all types of glazing, single, double, or triple, from a minimum glass thickness of 3 mm. The total thickness of the insulating glazing does not impact adhesion.
If you have a standard sliding bay window or a laminated glass veranda, it is compatible. Textured, frosted, or widely-jointed windows are not suitable.
The robot adheres to the window by active suction throughout the cleaning process.
An anchoring rope included in the package attaches to the window frame before starting and holds the robot in place in case of temporary loss of adhesion.
For high windows, the rope is mandatory and its use is explained step-by-step in the instructions.
The result depends mainly on the condition of the wipes.
A clean and slightly damp wipe on a window at room temperature gives the clearest result.
